Returns and Refunds

Refunds Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products though understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have (under such consumer rights legislation).

Please inspect your products ordered online and notify us immediately of any problems. You will be entitled to return a product to us where: 

— The products are not what you ordered, or is of an incorrect quantity 

and you comply with the returns procedure set out below:

— You have notified Clevedon Cuisine via email within 5 days of receiving your product. Email to  clevedon.cuisine@gmail.com

— You must provide proof of purchase with your email confirmation

If these requirements are not satisfied, Clevedon Cuisine reserves the right not to offer an exchange for the item purchased.

* Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
*Exchanges may be made at the discretion of Clevedon Cuisine

 

Exclusions

Due to the perishable nature of many our products, the following kinds of products may not be  cannot be exchanged or refunded under this policy: 

— Product liable to deterioration within the period set out in Section 1 above 

— Refunds are not available for change of mind returns, and will only be accepted if the product is faulty or does not match the description on the website.

 

Refunds procedure

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to make any refund due to you in whatever way we choose. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information. Please read this carefully. By submitting an order on this website you are agreeing to the terms that appear below which will apply to any purchase made on this website.
